Gratitude Quotes and Good Friends

I was just  looking for some gratitude quotes to post on this blog and I found this one which explains in sorts why I created this blog.

Today I am grateful for the kind gesture of a good friend.  After a wonderful New Year's supper she sent me home with a  dish full of pasta, shrimp and braised bison!  What a treat  -  absolutely delicious and no supper to cook tonight   Especially appreciated on a rather busy day.

Thanks to my friends who posted comments and made me feel that perhaps this blog wasn't a  totally insane idea!
