Yesterday I went snowshoeing at my sister's country property.  Just the perfect day - temperature was mild  with a few snowflakes lazily drifting downward, fresh air and trees  surrounding us.  Made me enjoy the winter, that is , when it is not too cold!.  The crisp, clean snow is so beautiful - so many people in the world have never seen  snow  with the dazzling sparkles when the sun shines on it,   or experienced the  quiet stillness it brings -  truly a winter wonderland!

I am  grateful for the  family and friends  with country property,  and I am grateful that  I have the means and health to join them  and share in the camaraderie.
